Let me be very honest this time; I was in pure retail marketing, B2C business, and managing a team of 50+ workforce, having different ranks and roles, so moving from B2C to B2B is altogether a different experience.
However, I have been selling EPBAX, tiles, consumer durables, DTH, Mobile sim cards, and data cards to mobile handsets, but almost all in B2C verticle.
The one-year journey was fascinating but receiving ten appreciation/awards in the 12 months was satisfactory and motivating. Getting appreciation means more room to make mistakes while Dare to big.
So my message to professional who wishes to do the job ( not for entrepreneurs) is to experience working in any Tata company at least once in a lifetime. It is better than working at Google, Netflix, Oracle, Facebook, or Tesla.
I know corporates, and even though I worked with two of them who had the tag of the best place to work, I don’t know if it is a PR stunt or an actual badge, but I am informing you from my experience – working in Tata is the best place to work.
